40. Welcome To The Mulry Method

About This Lesson

This final lesson concludes In The Zone Skills Training and welcomes you to the Mulry Method as a Self-Learner.

Throughout the 40 lessons, you have practiced Relaxed Moves, Power Moves, Elastic Moves, and Focused Moves. You have also explored psychological principles that help explain how expectations, experience, and the situation can influence behavior.

Through self-assessment with the Personal Concerns Inventory (PCI), Relaxation Therapy, and the skills developed throughout this training, you have practical tools for continued Self-Learning.

The goal is not simply to complete the program. It is to apply what you have learned in everyday life. As a Self-Learner, you identify your concerns, set realistic goals, take Focused Action, observe what happens, and continue learning through experience.

You can also share what you have learned with others. You do not need to explain the entire program. Sharing the skills and experiences that have helped you can help someone else learn through experience.

With an emphasis on Internal Locus of Control, self-command, and Focused Action, Lesson 40 marks the completion of In The Zone Skills Training and the continued practice of the Mulry Method.
