1. In The Zone Skills Training – Introduction

About This Lesson

In The Zone Skills Training begins with an introduction to the Mulry Method and the process of developing mind-body integration with a focus on achieving a full-body attitude.

This first lesson explains how the training combines Self-Learning, movement, breathing, relaxation, and psychological principles to help you understand how you move, respond, and take purposeful action.

Throughout the 40 lessons, you will practice the four In The Zone Peak Performance Skills, or Correct Moves, that integrate the body and mind. These skills are designed to help you become more Relaxed, Balanced, Flexible, and Focused while developing greater self-command.

The training draws from concepts found in Relaxation Therapy, Backcare Programs, Polyvagal Theory, and Social Learning Theory.

This introduction prepares you for the lessons ahead by establishing the foundation of Self-Learning, practice, and Focused Action.
