Step 2: Take the PCI

About This Step

Step 2 begins the self-care process with the Personal Concerns Inventory (PCI), a private self-assessment tool designed to help you identify and better understand your personal concerns.

The PCI presents more than 1,000 possible concerns across different areas of life. In about 20 minutes, you can identify which concerns apply to you and begin clarifying where you want to focus your attention.

You can also complete the PCI again over time to compare your results and see how your concerns change as you learn, take action, and gain experience.
