This collection preserves the original recordings and later remastered versions of Dr. Ray Mulry’s Relaxation Therapy (RT) program, a structured mind-body practice developed in 1976. These recordings document the evolution of a program designed to teach relaxation as a learned skill through guided awareness, rhythmic flow, and active engagement.
From the original cassette recordings to later adaptations, each version offers a unique experience while preserving the core principles of Dr. Mulry’s approach to mind-body integration. Together, they provide a historical record of Relaxation Therapy in practice since 1976.
The recordings below are presented through embedded YouTube videos for convenient listening. You can also visit the Mulry Method YouTube channel for additional recordings and resources.
Each recording offers a different experience. As you listen, notice which approach best supports your awareness, relaxation, and focus. With regular practice, Relaxation Therapy becomes a skill that can be developed over time.
